TUESDAY ( Christmas Day ) After breakfast we set off on our full day excursion to Pembroke. Pembroke is a charming walled town which dates back over 900 years and is famous for its Norman Castle. Pembroke Castle is one of the most complete Norman castles in the UK . There is a Festive Punch reception from 06.00pm – in Seagull Bar Christmas dinner at 6.30pm- with all the trimmings HAPPY HOUR from 5.30pm – 6.30pm & 8pm -9pm Visit from Father Christmas. WEDNESDAY ( New Years Eve ) After breakfast we set off to Carmarthen. It’s probably fair to say that …Carmarthen can sometimes get overlooked. But the oldest town in Wales – and reportedly he birthplace of Merlin – was once the capital of Wales and it has so much to offer vistors. Finally, a photo stop at Pendine Sands and then to see Thomas the Woodcarver and see his unique display of Welsh Love Spoons. THURSDAY ( New Years Day ) Half day excursion to St Davids, the jewel in the crown – the smallest city in Britain set in a sea girt peninsula: stunning evocative landscapes holding secrets of some of the oldest history in Britain: a magnet for pilgrims and tourists for centuries: Home of the Welsh patron saint, Dewi Sant – his shrine is at the heart of the great cathedral that holds his name Afternoon of fun, complimentary afternoon cream tea at 3pm .
